Refund Policy

Product Delivery (Digital Download)

All products are delivered digitally via download only.

After successful payment, you will receive an email with your download link and order details. This email acts as your receipt.

You can also download your purchased files directly from:

  • Your Order Details page, and
  • Your My Account → Downloads section

Please ensure your email address is correct. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam/junk folder.

Downloads are monitored to ensure fair use. Excessive or unusual download activity may result in restricted access.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final.

No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental or mistaken orders
  • After the product has been downloaded

When a Refund is Allowed
You can request a refund if:

  • You have not downloaded the product, and
  • You request it within 7 days of purchase

If There’s a Problem
If the file is blank, damaged, or not working properly, we will:

  • Fix or replace the file, or
  • Provide a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved

Note: Download activity is tracked to verify access.
